Dear Customer:
Thank you for choosing JIALAIBAO Technology's products. To protect your rights and interests, we provide detailed warranty service terms. Please read the following carefully.
1. Warranty Period
All computer products enjoy different types of warranty services from the date of purchase, as follows:
1.1. All-in-one Computer
Host part: 3-year limited hardware warranty.
Display part: 1-year limited screen warranty (excluding damage caused by external force).

Host part: 3-year limited hardware warranty.
Display (if equipped): 1-year limited screen warranty (excluding damage caused by external force).
1.3. Mini PC
Whole machine: 2-year limited hardware warranty.
1.4. Monitor
Screen part: 1-year limited screen warranty (excluding damage caused by external force).
1.5. Laptop
Whole machine: 2-year limited hardware warranty.
Battery: 6-month limited warranty (replaceable when the capacity is less than 80% of the design capacity).
1.6. Keyboard and mouse set and other accessories
Keyboard and mouse: half-year limited warranty for purchase at full price, no warranty for free purchase.
2. Warranty Scope
2.1. During the above warranty period, we will provide you with the following services:
( 1 ) Free repair: For hardware failures that occur under normal use conditions, if our company's technicians remotely determine that the hard disk is faulty, we will provide free repair or hardware replacement services (international shipping costs must be paid by the customer). During the fault determination period, the customer needs to cooperate with the technicians of JIALAIBAO Technology to take relevant photos and videos to assist the technicians in determining the problem and solving the fault.
( 2 ) Technical support: Provide technical consultation and guidance through telephone, online support, etc.
3. Non-warranty Coverage
3.1. Please note that the warranty does not cover the following situations:
( 1 ) Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other force majeure factors, such as damage caused by water ingress, falling, squeezing, high temperature, exposure to the sun (except outdoor products), and natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, lightning strikes, wars, etc.;
( 2 ) Failures caused by improper use, disassembly, modification or self-repair;
( 3 ) Repair needs after the warranty period;
( 4 ) Natural loss of consumables (such as batteries, lamps, etc.);
( 5 ) Appearance problems such as scratches and wear on the appearance that do not affect the function;
( 6 ) Problems caused by unauthorized third-party software installation or setting errors.
4. Special Instructions
4.1. Extended warranty service: If you need longer warranty protection, you can purchase our extended warranty service plan. Please consult the customer service staff for details.
4.2. Out-of-warranty service: After the warranty period, we still provide paid repair services, and the charging standard is based on the actual occurrence.
